Overview. BeautyGlance sells 100% original Korean beauty products in Pakistan — makeup, skincare and cosmetics — with customer reviews consistently praising product authenticity, packing and on-time delivery.
What I built. A fully custom Shopify theme from scratch: custom sections, blocks and Liquid templates replacing a generic theme with a brand-specific UI. Restructured the mobile product page flow, optimized image delivery and deferred non-critical JavaScript.
Results. ~35% reduction in overall page weight and a noticeably smoother mobile conversion flow.
Stack: Shopify, Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
